1. General Terms

crickexaff is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, features and offers on the Platform.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms cover the following:

If verification is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform our support team immediately. crickexaff is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use by a third party if you do not notify us within a reasonable time.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use this Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) registered in your own name.
• You are mentally capable and are using this service voluntarily.
• You have not been previously banned by crickexaff.

Accounts of ineligible individuals will be closed at any time and associated winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on crickexaff, we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds will be added to your account after successful processing.
• When depositing, you must only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal time: within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Funds subject to unmet bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the crickexaff platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).
• This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements is counted from the date the bonus is credited.
• The wagering contribution percentage may vary for certain games.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A member cannot claim the same offer more than once.
• If bonus abuse or account fraud is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• crickexaff reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP program benefits — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%) — are provided under separate VIP rules.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on crickexaff are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software error will not be paid out.

6.2 Betting Limits

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickexaff is not liable for the following:

• Account losses resulting from a member's own negligence or security breaches.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by Member

A member may request to close their account at any time via live chat or email. All eligible balances should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by crickexaff

crickexaff reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Fraud, forgery or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Evidence of being a minor.

In such cases, there is no obligation to return any forfeited balance.

12. Amendment of Terms
